Certification is part of our quality assurance. In addition, we take care of and improve our strategic processes, resource management and products/services on a daily basis, measuring, analyzing and improving them.
QUALITY CERTIFICATES
QUALICOAT
QUALICOAT is a quality mark that was created in 1986 with the aim of maintaining and promoting the quality of aluminum coating according to established Technical Specifications; all the requirements of these Specifications must be complied with in order to obtain and maintain the brand.
In this respect, a coating plant bearing the brand must operate its entire production according to QUALICOAT Specifications and must use only QUALICOAT-approved coating materials and chemical conversion materials for this production.
To ensure that the standards described in the Specifications are met, the DECOTEC accredited laboratory annually carries out several inspections of the brand's licensee coating plants and tests the materials produced by each company, both with regard to the coaters and to the paint and chemical manufacturers.
QUALICOAT SEASIDE
This certification is designed to provide guarantees more in line with products in saline environments and consists of carrying out a pretreatment which, according to point 3.2.1. of the current Guidelines, consists of a total attack rate of at least 2.0 g/m2 superscript, and a degreasing, either in an independent stage or in a combined degreasing/attack stage. A degreasing, either in a separate step or in a combined degreasing/attack step.
